Isomatic has built a modern, low labour cost, European transformer coil winding facility in Bulgaria, both for our transformers and as a service for our customers. All coils, including toroidal coils, can be wound on operator assisted winding machines, hence no problems with very special winding specifications, screens, insulation requirements, etc. that are difficult to achieve on automatic machines.
Coils can be impregnated, epoxy coated or epoxy filled under vacuum
in our modern vacuum installation. All coils are then factory tested for compliance with the corresponding specifications. The result is excellent quality coupled with very low cost, even with small batches. We supply customers world-wide, particularly UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Turkey and the Middle East.
