ISOMATIC esta produciendo transformadores de soldadura a resistencia por incorporacion en pinzas de robots o manuales. Ellos satisfacen las especificaciones del estandarte internacional ISO10656. Su poder es desde 25 hasta 103 kVA con corriente secondaria hasta 67 000 A y un voltage secondario 4.5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8.0, 10 y 13.5 V.
Todos los transformadores de la seria ITF tienen incorporado un toroido para mesurar el corriente secondario, con una sensitividad de 150 mV/1000 A, y dos termostatos para las temperaturas de las bobinas primaria y secondaria.
La construccion especial de los transformadores integrales permite de incorporarlos directamente en maquinas de soldadura, pinzas manuales o de robot. Esto da la posibilidad de utilisar menor potencia para obtener el resultado deseado.
Los parametros technicos se encuentran en la ficha de abajo. La serie contiene 2 tamanos basicos - H y J. El tamano H son los transformadores de 25, 32 y 36 kVA y el tamano J - 48, 54, 61, 76 y 103 kVA. Todos los transformadores de ambos tamanos tienen el mismo sistema de coneccion secondaria y la coneccion primaria es igual para todos los modelos excepto el modelo de 103 kVA y - a veces - 76 kVA.
