ISOMATIC entwickelte die ITF Zangentransformatoren, um die weltweiten Aufforderungen von Schweisszangenherstellern zu erfuellen.
Die Transformatoren haben einen Leistungsumfang zwischen 32 und 103 kVA nach der ISO 10656 Norm, mit einer Sekundaerspannung von 5,6 bis
13,5 V und Kurzschlussstrom bis 67 000 A. Die Primaerspannung betraegt normalerweise 380 oder 415 V, allerdings sind auch Transformatoren fuer
Spannungen zwischen 200 und 550 V lieferbar. Ausserdem sind auch Transformatoren mit Leistungen von 25, 36, 41 und 124 kVA lieferbar.
Alle Transformatoren sind mit einem Stromsensor (Rogovski Ring) ausgestattet, der einen Signal von 150 mV/1kA liefert. Zwei Thermostaten schuetzen die Primaer- und Sekundaerwicklungen.
Dank ihren kompakten Ausfuehrung und grosser Leistung finden die ISOMATIC ITF Transformatoren Anwendungen in verschiedenen Spezialmaschinen sowie in Hand- und Roboterschweisszangen. Die direkte Verbindung zwischen dem Transformator und den Schweissaermen (Halter) vermindert wesentlich den Leistungsverbrauch der Schweissanlagen.
Die wichtigsten technischen Angaben sind aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle ersichtlich. ISOMATIC liefert die ITF Transformatoren in zwei Ausfuerungen - H fuer die Transformatoren unter 41 kVA und J fuer diejenige ueber 48 kVA . Alle ITF Transformatoren haben dieselbe Sekundaeranschluesse, was die Benutzung von derselben Stromleitern in den Zangen ermoeglicht.
Die Klemmen der Primaerseite sind unifiziert fuer die H und J Ausfuerungen, sie koennen jedoch kundenspezifisch ausgelegt werden.
