Little Children; Film at Cranleigh Arts Centre

On Wednesday evening we went to Cranleigh Arts Centre to see the film Little Children. The quality of the videotape used by the centre was very poor but the film was excellent. The story was original and the acting was worthy of the awards it won and more. I despair of the UK film-going public that fill the cinemas for 'blockbusters' but relegate a film like this to just one week in mainstream cinema before it is relegated to art houses.
